Mr Harish Lakshman holds Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from BITS, Pilani, and Master’s degree in Business from Krannert School of Management at Purdue University, USA.

With over 29 years of Industry experience, he has successfully been leading portfolios like marketing, operations, export business development besides guiding the corporate functions. He is driving the Rane Group’s mission to achieve accelerated profitable growth.

He is an active member of several industrial associations and government panels and has played a key role as President of Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) for the period 2013-14. He has also served as Chairman of CII – Young Indians (Chennai Chapter). He has been identified and recognized as one among the top 40 India’s Business Leaders by Economic Times (2014).

He is currently the Vice Chairman & Joint Managing Director of Rane Holdings Limited. He is also the Chairman of Rane Group of Companies and Managing Director of ZF Rane Automotive India Private Limited. He also serves on the Board of all the other Rane Group of companies including Rane Steering Systems Private Limited. He is also an Independent Director on the board of Oriental Hotels Limited, a Tata group company, the KCP Limited and Lumax Industries Limited.

Mr L Ganesh (LG) is the Chairman and Managing Director of Rane Holdings Limited. LG is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from the Pennsylvania State University, USA.

He has over 48 years of Industry experience and has played a key role in establishing strong footprint in global markets and winning the coveted Deming award. At the national level, LG has been an articulate spokesman for the automotive industry through his involvement with various bodies.

He was the President of Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India and also the President of Madras Management Association. He was the Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Southern Region. Presently, he is an Honorary Consul for New Zealand in South India.

In addition to being a Director in Rane group of Companies, LG serves as an Independent Director in Sundaram Finance Limited. LG is also the Chairman of Chennai Willingdon Corporate Foundation and Chennai Heritage.

Ms. Vasudha Sundararaman holds a B.Sc (Zoology) from Stella Maris College, Chennai, M.Sc (Zoology) from Madras University and a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. 

She has an experience of over 35 years in the banking and financial services sector serving in various leadership roles and experience on the Board of other listed companies. She retired as Chief General Manager of State Bank of India (SBI). 

She also served as the Managing Director & CEO of SBI Global Securities Services Private Limited, a SBI subsidiary company. 

She was actively involved in implementation of Business Process Re-engineering projects of the bank in Retail loan processing and played leadership role in designing and implementing a novel HR project in the Bank, aimed at impacting the individuals of the Bank. 

She serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Rane Engine Valve Limited, Rane (Madras) Limited and Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Limited.

Mr. Pradip Kumar Bishnoi holds a Bachelors degree in Petroleum Engineering and a Masters degree in Business Management from IIM, Ahmedabad besides having done Management Programme at Oxford, UK and Programme on Utility Regulators at World Bank, Florida University. USA.

He has an overall 45 plus years of experience in the areas of steel, natural gas, industrial packaging, lubricants etc. In his career, he served as the Chairman & Managing Director of Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited and also Managing Director of Balmer Lawrie & Co. Limited. He is also a former member of Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board.

He was awarded Gold medal by Prime Minister for development work in the year 2008. He is an avid regulator being member of Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board since 2012 and was also on the Board of Standing Council of Public Enterprises as well as World Steel Association.

He currently serves as an Independent Director in the Board of Rane Holdings Limited, Rane (Madras) Limited, Rane Engine Valve Limited, Avadh Sugar & Energy Limited and McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited.

Mr. Vikram Hosangady is a seasoned business leader and finance professional with over 26 years of experience in being a strategic partner to global Private Equity and Corporations in their value creation journey. He has a progressive history of working with several founders of emerging corporates, in their journey of increased professionalism, governance, listing in local / global markets, guiding, hiring of board members and mentoring of next generation leaders.

He is a gold medallist in Commerce from Loyola College, Chennai and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. 

He has worked in Arthur Andersen’s Audit wing from 1996 to 2001 and with Ernst & Young in their Deal Advisory wing between 2002 and 2004. He held various positions during his stint with KPMG between 2005 and 2022 and last held the position of head of Clients and Markets and Member of the India Leadership Team. 

He has extensive experience and exposure to areas of allied disciplines such as financial management, consultancy, deal advisory etc. 

He serves on the Board of Rane Engine Valve Limited, Rane (Madras) Limited, MRF Limited, Chemplast Sanmar Limited, Bajaj Electricals Limited, Indef Manufacturing Limited.

Mr. Ramesh Rajan is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. 

He was the Chairman and Senior Partner, PwC India responsible for overall strategy and operations of all PwC entities in India. As the Chairman & Senior Partner had represented India on the Global Strategy Council of PwC International and served as a member on PwC’s Central Cluster led by PwC, UK. He is the founder and senior partner of Leap Ridge Advisors LLP.

He has a professional experience of over 42 years of experience fields of audit, finance, strategy and operations.

He currently serves as Director on the Board of Rane (Madras) Limited, Rane Engine Valve Limited, Rane Brake Lining Limited, TTK Healthcare Limited, Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited, Lotte India Corporation Limited and ESAB India Limited.
