- Over the last decade, ‘Rane’ has been consciously working on enhancing its brand presence in the Indian aftermarket and today a strong brand name has been established by ‘Rane’ in the market place.
- The new range of products are being developed meeting Rane’s quality systems and standards and would ensure an enhanced customer experience in the aftermarket.
- For the past couple of years, Rane has been exploring opportunities for increasing the pace of growth in the aftermarket
- A new division called “Rane Auto Parts” has been formed within Rane group in August 2014, to develop and market new range of products exclusively for the aftermarket.
- Over the next 2 to 3 years, Rane Auto Parts has planned to continuously enhance the product portfolio and offerings to the Indian aftermarket for all the vehicle segments and enlarge its products and customer profile further.

- Design team includes IC Engine Specialists, CAD and CAM application experts, software analysts
- CAD/CAE, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Pro-E, Ansys etc used for new product development
- Up to date practices like QFD, Design reviews and world acclaimed Japanese development methods implemented across facilities
- New product development process aligned to ISO / TS 16949: 2009 norms

- Passenger safety through various Energy Absorbing (EA) mechanisms in the event of vehicle crash; Deployed widely for passenger & utility vehicles.
- Suppression of Noise, Vibration and Harshness related issues in the vehicle.
- Driver comfort conditions through ergonomic position adjustments and reducing steering torque requirements.
- Steering stiffness to enhance the steering response & feel.
